A Seasoned industry creative TURNS an artist’s EYE TO PITTSBURGH
Scott Fox, an award-winning multidisciplinary Art Director, brings his talent and expertise to the Pittsburgh Tomorrow Team.
Scott has always had a passion for design, but didn’t realize that he wanted to pursue it as a career until he visited Fallingwater in 2015. The architecture and nature seamlessly intertwined with one another inspired him to pursue a career in storytelling through creative design. He received his Bachelor of Science from Seton Hill University, dual majoring in Graphic Design and Business Administration.
After graduating, Scott began working as a marketing and brand consultant while honing his craft of design through freelance work that included social, identity, digital, brand, print, and UI/UX design. He went on to work with clients such as UPMC, H&R Block, New York Life, and Massage Envy. As an Art Director for Movement Strategy, he created designs for Warner Bros., Netflix, DC Comics, Amazon, Adult Swim, and HBO.
Scott’s talent was not left unnoticed – he has won several coveted awards for his work in the design world. He received a Clio Award Silver Winner 2023, a Webby Award Social Winner 2022, worked with the Weeknd and Binance on tour in 2022, and even collaborated directly with Jim Lee (CCO of DC Comics). His experience working with world-class brands led him to telling Pittsburgh’s story through compelling visuals and new points of view as the Art Director for Pittsburgh Tomorrow.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys snowboarding and skimboarding, photography, videography, playing guitar, juggling, and snapping with all his fingers. He also holds a world record in Mario Kart time trials. In both his personal and professional life, he’s a true jack-of-all-trades.
“I’ve always believed in the power of art to shape perception. I joined Pittsburgh Tomorrow to help show the city I see with the heart, history, and charm. As an Art Director, I see design as a way to capture the energy, grit, untapped creative energy, and charm of this city. I want to share that spark with others discovering Pittsburgh for the first time, just like I once did.”
